CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - The Ministry of Defense has awarded a contract to Litton Marine Systems to install an ISIS 2500 alarm monitoring and condition assessment system on the auxiliary supply ship RFA Ft. Rosalie.

The new order follows on the successful sea trials of a similar system on the sister ship, RFA Ft. Austin, earlier this year.

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - Litton Marine Systems has won a contract to supply navigation radars for four new Hellenic Navy gunboats.

The radar contract was awarded to Litton by Thomson-CSF Signaal, which is the primary combat systems contractor for the four new vessels being built at the Hellenic Shipyard Co., Skaramanga. The first of the new gunboats will be delivered to the Hellenic Navy starting in mid-2002.

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - Litton Marine Systems has announced the opening of a new sales and service facility at Brixham.

Litton's new Brixham depot is located on New Fish Quay and is under the management of resident engineer Steve Hobbs. The new office will provide sales, installations, commissioning, spares, training, repair and maintenance services for both fishermen and commercial customers on the Southwest coast of England.
