Operator and maintenance training
A range of standard operator and maintenance training courses are available to provide a thorough understanding of equipment functionality, operation and maintenance for efficient use, safe navigation and control. Training can be scheduled at any facility, aboard vessel, or at an off-site classroom facility.

Interactive courseware
Sperry Marine can develop Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) and multimedia computer-based training. Our interactive courseware allows students to progress at their own pace. Sperry Marine offers Interactive Course Ware (ICW) products which conform to all industry standards, including:

• AICC (Aviation Industry CBT Committee)
• SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model)

Sperry Marine develops ICW solutions for use in any instructional environment, whether stand-alone, LAN-based, or web-based. The company is also skilled in providing ICW products which interface with LMS Learning Management System (LMS) or Computer Managed Instruction (CMI) applications.
